We quote production and transit separately, because they’re separate things and lumping them together is how stores end up promising delivery dates they can’t keep.
Processing time
Every item is printed after you order it. Production takes 2–4 business days.
Order before 6:00 PM Central Time on a business day and it goes on the press that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a US public holiday start production the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Transit time
Once your order leaves the print facility, transit to a US address takes 7–12 business days.

9–16 business days total (2–4 to print, 7–12 in transit)
Every item is printed to order at our production partners’ facilities in Hong Kong and mainland China, and ships from there directly to your US address — that is why transit takes 7–12 business days rather than two. The total time covers production as well as transit. Plenty of stores quote only the transit half; we’d rather you see both.

Standard shipping is the only method we offer, and every order ships with tracking. Rates are for US addresses. We don’t ship outside the United States at this time.
Christmas 2026 cutoff date
Order by December 1, 2026.
That date comes from the production and transit windows above, with buffer for December carrier volume. Order after it and we’ll still print and ship promptly, but we won’t promise arrival before December 25.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to start updating after that first email — that gap is normal and doesn’t mean the package is lost. You can also check on our Track Your Order page.
Split shipments
Orders with several items may be printed in different places and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Wrong address, or a package that never arrives
Check your address before you confirm the order. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll reship it once you cover the reshipment cost. If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier trace.
Duties, import taxes and customs fees
The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay. Your order is imported from Hong Kong or mainland China, and any duties, import taxes and customs fees that apply are included in that price and are paid by us, not by you. You will never be asked for an additional payment when your parcel is delivered.
If a carrier ever contacts you asking for an import charge on an Urban Tee Labs order, don’t pay it — email support@urbanteelabs.com with a photo of the notice and we’ll settle it directly. If you have already paid such a charge, send us the receipt and we’ll refund it in full.
