Before you write in
Two things save everyone time. Include your order number if you have one, and tell us what you’d like to happen — a replacement, a refund, or an answer. We can usually resolve it in one reply that way.
What we can help with
- Order status. We can tell you whether your order is still printing or already in transit, and give you the tracking number.
- Wrong, damaged, or misprinted item. Send a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Sizing. Check the Size Guide first — if you’re between sizes, write to us and we’ll tell you which way that specific garment runs.
- Address change. Possible only while the order is still printing. Once it ships, we can’t redirect it.
What we can’t help with
We can’t expedite an order that has already left the print facility, and we can’t guarantee a delivery date once a package is with the carrier. If Christmas timing matters, order by the cutoff dates on our Shipping Policy page.
