This policy explains what LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, operating the store at urbanteelabs.com, collects about you and what you can do about it.

How we use it

Production and shipping partners, so your order can be printed and delivered.
Payment processors, to take payment securely.
Analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to understand site usage in aggregate.
Law enforcement or regulators, when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the previous 12 months.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you’re a California resident you have the right to know what we collect and why, to request a copy, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of them, email support@urbanteelabs.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or use our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page. We verify identity by matching your request against order records, and respond within 45 days.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Other US state rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out. Use the same email address and we’ll handle it the same way.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working correctly if you block the necessary ones.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained no longer than 26 months.

Children

This store isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data goes directly to our processor. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we don’t claim otherwise.
