Track Your Order

Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the print facility. If you have it, enter it on the carrier’s site named in that email.

If you haven’t received a tracking number yet

Your order is most likely still in production. Printing takes 2–4 business days before anything ships. Check your spam folder too — shipping notifications sometimes land there.

If tracking hasn’t updated

It’s normal for tracking to sit at “label created” for 2–3 business days after you get the email. The package is with the carrier; the scan events just haven’t started flowing yet. If nothing has moved after 7 business days, email us and we’ll open a trace.

What the statuses mean

Status	What’s happening
Processing	We’ve got the order. It’s queued or on the press.
Label created	Printed and packed. Waiting for the carrier pickup scan.
In transit	Moving. This is the longest stage: 7–12 business days.
Out for delivery	On the truck, arriving today.
Delivered	Carrier marked it delivered. If it isn’t there, see below.

Marked delivered but not there

Check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and any side or back entrance first — that finds it most of the time. If it’s still missing, email support@urbanteelabs.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
