These terms cover your use of urbanteelabs.com, operated by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order. We ship to US addresses only.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including materials and measurements. Screens vary, so printed colors may differ slightly from what you see. Product photos show the design as it is printed; slight variation in placement is normal in print-on-demand and isn’t a defect.

3. Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change without notice, though changes never apply to an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it. Any compare-at price we show is a price this item was actually offered at.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it — for example if we can’t print the item, if the address can’t be served, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you’re refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery windows are estimates in business days, described on our Shipping Policy page. We’re responsible for printing and dispatching on time; we can’t guarantee carrier performance after dispatch.

6. Returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, text, and images on this site belong to LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Buying a printed item buys you the item, not the design rights.

8. Custom and personalized orders

If you send us text or an image to print, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of it. We may decline to print anything unlawful, infringing, or hateful.

9. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a gift arriving after a particular date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes go to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
