Shipping and timing
How long will my order take?
9–16 business days total (2–4 to print, 7–12 in transit). Printing and transit are separate stages, and we quote both so you can see where the time goes.
When does my order go on the press?
Order before 6:00 PM Central Time on a business day and it goes on the press that same day. After 6:00 PM, or on a weekend or US public holiday, production starts the next business day.
When do I need to order for it to arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 1, 2026. That date is calculated from our real production and transit times, with room for carrier congestion in December. After it we’ll still ship your order, but we won’t promise it lands before the 25th.
How much is shipping?
$5.95 flat for standard US shipping, free on orders over $59. Standard is the only method we offer, and every order ships with tracking.
Where does my order ship from?
From our production partner’s facility in the United States. Returns go to our Texas address.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. We sell to US addresses only.
Sizing and product
How do the shirts fit?
Unisex sizing, true to size for a regular fit. If you want room to layer, size up one. Full measurements are on the Size Guide.
Will the print crack or fade?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low, and the print will hold up through normal wear. We won’t put a year count on it — that depends on how often you wash it.
Orders, returns, and payment
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, returned to our Texas address, with no restocking fee. Full details and the four things you need to know are on the Refund & Returns Policy page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only while it’s still printing, which is the first 2–4 business days. Email us as soon as you can and we’ll check.
What will show up on my card statement?
URBANTEELABS. That’s the billing descriptor used by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, the company behind Urban Tee Labs. If you see that name and don’t recognize it, it’s us — email before you file a dispute and we’ll sort it out.
Why don’t you have customer reviews yet?
Because we haven’t collected enough real ones to show. We’d rather show none than import reviews from somewhere else. They’ll appear here once real customers leave them.
