Everything about how and when you are charged, in plain terms.
What we accept
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout, before you confirm anything. We only display and offer methods that are actually switched on — we don’t show badges for methods we haven’t enabled, and there is no surcharge for choosing one over another.
When you’re charged
You are charged in full when you place the order, not later. We take payment up front because every item is printed to order — production starts against a paid order, and we don’t hold your money without starting the work.
If we can’t fulfil an order, we refund it in full, back to the original payment method.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear as URBANTEELABS, the billing descriptor used by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, the company behind Urban Tee Labs. If that name looks unfamiliar on your statement, it’s us. Email support@urbanteelabs.com before filing a chargeback and we’ll resolve it faster than your bank can.
Currency
All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). Prices end in whole cents and are not converted from another currency at checkout.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by the destination state, and shown before you confirm. There are no other fees added at the final step — the total you see before confirming is the total you pay.
Shipping charges
Standard US shipping is $5.95, free on orders over $59. Standard is the only method we offer. Shipping is shown as a separate line at checkout, never added silently. Full detail on our Shipping Policy page.
Failed and declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order isn’t created and nothing is charged. A pending authorization may still show on your account for a few days before your bank releases it. Try another card, or email us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving a return. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to post it. Full detail on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Security
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure fields and are never stored on our servers. We don’t have access to your full card number. The whole site runs over HTTPS.
