Urban Tee Labs is a small print-on-demand shop. We keep a tight seasonal range of holiday designs and print each order one at a time, only after you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
Why we print to order
Most seasonal apparel is produced months ahead in bulk, and whatever doesn’t sell gets discounted, liquidated, or thrown out. We work the other way around. We keep the range small, print only what people actually buy, and accept that this makes each order slower than a warehouse can manage. That trade is the whole point of the business.
It also means we can be honest with you about timing instead of promising two-day delivery we can’t hold. Printing takes 2–4 business days. Transit to a US address takes 7–12 business days. That’s 9–16 business days in total, and we say so on every product page.
Where things are made and where they come back to
Our garments are printed to order by our production partner in the United States, and orders ship directly from that US facility. We don’t run the press ourselves — we choose the range and the artwork, they print it. Returns come back to our US address in Texas, so you are never asked to ship a package abroad.

Urban Tee Labs is an online store owned and operated by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Certificate No. 80706965-000-06-26-7). Our Texas address is a returns address only — it is not a retail store or a factory, and we don’t describe it as one. You will notice the registered company name does not match the name on this store: LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED is the legal entity, and Urban Tee Labs is the trading name it runs this apparel range under. We spell that out rather than leave you to wonder why the two differ.
What we won’t do
- We won’t run a countdown timer on a sale that isn’t ending.
- We won’t show a crossed-out price we never charged.
- We won’t tell you how many people are “viewing this item right now.”
- We won’t post reviews we didn’t receive from a real order.
